Life, Loss and Letting Go: Compassionately turning towards loss and grief

with Daryl Lynn Ross

When serious illness or the death of a loved one happens, the support of the Dharma and a circle of friendship can help us to give caring attention to our inner experience, to give it space to be received, understood and let go.

8 Tuesday evenings
May 10 - June 28
7:00 to 9:00pm ET

**This course is complete**

This new program offered by TNI Guiding Teacher Daryl Lynn Ross is intended for persons who are experiencing a serious or degenerative illness, or who are grieving the death of a significant other. We will form a Study, Practice and Kindness Community, using the Buddhist Four Ennobling Inquiries (aka the Four Noble Truths) as a guide.

We’ll meet by Zoom on Tuesday nights, 7:00 to 9:00, for eight meetings over May and June: May 10-June 28. There will be a limit of 16 participants in this first offering of the program.

Our time together will include teachings, guided meditation, discussions, reflection in small groups and simple rituals. Some optional readings and audio talks will be suggested. The sessions will be held in English. A volunteer has offered to help with English/French translation as needed.
